Sinclairs in the D.O.T.

Sorry, wandering fingers sent the last post before it was ready. Mike and others. My cousin Max Sinclair is an engineer with the city of Phoenix Az. D.O.T. His brother Mark Sinclair is an engineer with the city of Goodyear Az. D.O.T. Mind you, both Max and Mark scored 10 out of 10 on the Sinclair quiz a few years ago. On one occasion, the two municipalities were working together on a project. On the first day the two crews met, as Max's crew read Mark's name tag and Mark's crew read Max's name tag, they began trading Sinclair stories between them, and as their mother tells it, felt sorry for each other.
