All men are created equal



'All men are created equal' means exactly what it says.  The American
Declaration of Independence is not law, it's however principals are
enshrined in the American Constitution and subsequent statues of the United
States and several states.  The term men or man means women, men, children,
all classified five races of man, all unclassified members of the human
race.  Interpretations of the United States Supreme Court have confirmed the
rights of 'all men' to stand equal before the law.

On 19 November 1863 the  Sixteenth President of the United States of America
said
' our fathers brought forth upon this continent a new nation, conceived in
liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. We
here highly resolve that the dead shall not have died in vain, that this
nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom; and that government of
the people, by the people, and for the people, shall not perish from the
earth.'

4th Of July 1863 The crushed Rebel forces withdrew from Gettysburg. On 3rd
July, the Commander of the Army of Northern Virginia, General Robert E Lee
disregarded advice  and committed to a desperate assault  attacking the
centre of the Union line on Cemetery Ridge.

On the American independence day of 1863 Robert E. Lee for the first time,
left a battlefield with a beaten army, he crossed the Potomac River  into
Virginia. The high point of the southern mutineers had been reached.  A
revitalised and stronger America, tried in a crucible of fire and brimstone,
a bloody Civil war, emerged  .
