Re: Carnival glass



Joe Rice has the glass factory west of Elwood,
Indiana. Joe's mother was a St. Clair.  Except when my
father asked Joe if he knew anything about the St.
Clair name, he told Dad that when the family came to
Elwood the priest told them they needed to change
their name to one that would be more American, and
that St. Clair would be good.  Joe couldn't remember
the original family name.
