Re: "President Arthur St.Clair" message - is it dinkum?

Dear Mr. Quarterman:

I believe that Arthur St. Clair, who was an officer in the Army of
General George Washington during the Revolutionary War and in charge of Fort
Ticonderoga in New York State, was also President of the Continental Congress
which served as the government of the United States when the Thirteen
Colonies rebelled against England during the Revolutionary War (April 1775 to
1783). I think that he lived northwest of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania after the
Revolutionary War. I think that he was also a governor of the Northwest
Territories.

Sincerely,

Susan M. Grady
