CMelahn Suggestion

The suggestion from CMelahn of regional/state experts is one we are working
on.  There are Sinclairs in most states who are commissioners of Clan Sinclair
(U.S.A.) who function in that role to varying degrees.  That list can be
called up from the Sinclair website.  We welcome further suggestions about how
to make this more helpful.
