Clan Gunn

Associated with the Sinclair family for generations, and prominent among those who accompanied Prince Henry on his voyage to America, were members of Clann Gunn. See also:

Their genealogist, John Olin, also collaborated with the late Sinclair genealogist, Pete Cummings, in putting on the web Pete's newsletters about the 600th anniversary celebration of that voyage; see also the local version of that newsletter.

[Westford Knight] [Westford Memorial] Clan Gunn is naturally particularly interested in the Westford Knight, which is an effigy the expedition chiseled on a stone near Westford, Massachusetts, because it was apparently a grave marker for a Gunn knight. David Martin has links to information on the 1398 voyage and the Westford Knight Saga.
