Your point 2.  What is out of context? Were the excerpts that you posted
from the  Lyon Clerk and Keeper of the Records at Lord Lyon's Office in or
out of context? If you determine they were in context the establishment of
Henry as a 'Prince among men' is complete.  Context is defined as "1 : the
parts of a discourse that surround a word or passage and can throw light on
its meaning 2 : the interrelated conditions in which something exists or
occurs :"

Would it be out of context to abbreviate 'Prince among men to just Prince?
If you abbreviated Prince out of context  you would then be what you
described in your point 2?
