The Earls Sinclair of Caithness are the ones with the cock and the motto
- Commit they work to God.
The Barons St Clair (Sinclair) of Hermistoun have a swan with wings
displayed with a crown around its neck and a gold chain.  Their motto
"Feight" (old spelling) Fight.
I know of one other crest that of an eagle with wings displayed and
motto - Fight
Various branches of the family have slightly different versions of the
the arms themselves.
To properly put yourselves into the right family branch means that your
arms may not look exactly like the Earls of Caithness.
