Re: Oldest Scottish Festival



The Northern Meeting in Inverness Scotland has been going since 1781
although in that first year and for several years afterward,  it was held in
Falkirk and was called The Falkirk Tryst.
The Embro Highland Games (near Londond Ontario)
has been going for over 100 years.
Most Highland Games in North America were instituted after the Second World
War.
