As every message posted to the list says:


As that page notes, if you're on the list proper (that is, if you get
individual messages), use:
 http://sinclair.quarterman.org/listsub.html

If you're on the digest (you get one message a day, and it says "digest"),
use:

 http://sinclair.quarterman.org/digest.html

In your case, you're on the digest twice, as:

 evelynhlabse@directvinternet.com
 evelynhlabse@mac.com

So you'll want to use digest.html to take one of those addresses off.
