Marilyn,

Like several others on the list, my 6th gg father, Alexander Sinkler,
arrived from Scotland in Oct. 1698, and settled in Stafford Co., VA. my
ancestors have been in Virginia ever since. my father was born in Montgomery
County, Christiansburg, as were his father, and gg father. Some had gone to
WV, and some came back. I have relatives all around the Roanoke, VA area,
but Alexander's descendants are all over the nation.
