Tartan Day in NYC



       Dear Cousins,

       We rec'd one short report on reaction to Tartan Day in NYC.  Which was 
much appreciated.

       I hope someone who was there would please describe the part that the 
Sinclairs took in the parade.  What was their contribution like.
