Re: Scottish Gold



I thought that George W. Romney was Mexican and a bishop of the Church of
Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Romney was a Mormon missionary in England
and Scotland sometime in the 1920's. I do not know when.

We have a George Romney Ltd. in Britain a firm founded by Sam T. Clarke in
1919 AD and is famous for it's Kendal Mintcake which was carried to the top
of Mount Everest in May 1953 AD, on the first successful expedition to the
summit. Mr Clark's son married  Sinclair woman, Linda I think. The firm
still is in business and on it's fourth generation of the Clark family.
