Re: For Glen Cook, demise of the Templars???

Dear Sinclair,

According to your own most recent statements "John XXII was a greedy
heretic" and could not lawfully "Issue a Papal Bull or establish legitamate
successors for the continuation of the Templars"... or something near those
words.

I believe that the Templars changed their name to avoid persecution, and
that many of them went into countries where the would feel protected, like
Scotland and Portugal. I believe that they stayed in touch, much like each
diocese or parish within the Church, and that through perseverance their
ideals srayed alive until they could be
reunited. I am awaiting material by snail mail which will help me sort out
the facts and become more sure of exactly what transpired through those
years. I appreciate the comments and your diligent
research.

Sincerely,

Stan
