.  I just read in the encyclopedia about Oliver and Matthew Perry.  What
extraordinary lives and times they lived in!!  So much history they were a
part of!!  And Commodore Arthur Sinclair must have seen much of it also.   I
wonder whether the Perrys did any privateering?
