I happened to notice the 1887-1890 City Directory database for St . Joseph, 
Missouri among the the recent [therefore free access] databases at 
Ancestry.com.

Anyone link to Andrew L. Sinclair.  The data below suggest that his saloon 
must have been fairly sizeable.

There were also St. Clair in the data base; see below.
