It's most definitely supposed to be Owl's Hoot.  I'm an avid owl lover but
they wouldn't let me put an apostrophe in the address.

Your Sinclairs don't ring any bells with me.  Sorry.  I just have the one,
Agnes Williamson Sinclair married into the Robertson family and all I have
are her parents names,  John Sinclair and Margaret Reid.

The name must have had some importance because my husband's middle name is
Sinclair.  I have a lot of information on the Robertsons and nothing for the
Sinclairs.

Sorry I can't help you.  Keep hunting......(But not owls!!!)
