     Thank you for your reply and your willingness to help, but I believe 
that we are dealing with two "sets of horses."  The John Sinclair and Mary 
Sinclair that I am trying to confirm were married on 13 October 1768 in 
Glenorchy and Inishail parish, and sailed on the "Ulysses" in August 1774 to 
Wilmington,N.C.  Duncan Sinclair and Isobel McIntyre were married on May 26, 
1774, and sailed on the same ship.
    I hope that we can both find our Johns
