Hi Toni,
     Alexander SINCLAIR born Jan. 2, 1830 in Orkney.  Was in Galt Ontario 
"for a number of Years" as stated in a 1906 newspaper account of his golden 
wedding anniversary.   Brother William, born Nov. 11, 1832 in Orkney was in 
US in 1906, but may have come to NY from Canada.   Thanks,
