I received a Christmas card from Iris Hallam yesterday. She is the Matron of
Hempriggs House. It seems that the previously mentioned possible sale of the
Hempriggs Estate to Allistair Fraser Sinclair is not to be. However, a new
buyer has stepped forward and hopes to buy the property and keep the
pensioners in place. That would be a wonderful Christmas present.
