Steve, I don't find a Stamster, but there is a Stemster just off the B874
about halfway between Watten and Hallkirk in Caithness. This is about 25
miles or so from Dunbeath up the A9. There is also a nearby Stemster House.
If you go to www.Caithness.org and select A-Z place names it will be mapped
for you.
