Could someone please enlighten me as to the whole story concerning the
Rosabelle mentioned in Scott's, "Lay of the Last Minstrell"?
>And each St. Clair was buried there,
> With candle, with book,and with knell;
>But the sea-caves rung, and the wild winds sung
> The dirge of lovely Rosabelle.
I think I konw who she was, but don't know much else.
