Plain Text Email

Many people these days have the option of sending their email in plain text format or HTML (Hyper-Text Markup Language) format, and this can be great fun for sending out invitations and personal email. However, when it comes to mailing lists, HTML can cause a lot of problems. Not everyone has the newest software, and not all email programs can read HTML. So, if you're on a mailing list, it helps to make sure that your email is going out in a fashion that everyone can read.
