Okay, the trivia buff in me refuses to sit on my hands any longer. I waited
for someone else to come up with the answer to the quest for origon of
Neener-Neener... however, it seems no one else seems willing to fess up to
the knowledge. While I console myself for actually knowing this one, I'll
just pass on the info:
It's from mid 70's american television show starring Robin Williams, "Mork
and Mindy". It was one of the trademarks of his charactor.
Off to bury this dead horse...
