Hugh SINCLAIR / ST. CLARE / ST. CLAIR b. 1782-1809 Scotland

   On the 1850 census there is a Hugh ST. CLARE age 41, a blacksmith born in Scotland. 
He is enumerated with: Sarah, Harriet, Alfred, Mary, Benjamin and Thomas, age 61. 
Two others were enumerated also, but their names are not legible. 

Other dates I found: 
Hugh SINCLARE married Sarah LITTLE, September 22, 1877 in Jackson Co, WV.  
He was age 75 and she was 44. 

Thomas ST. CLAIR married Ursula HARRIS, March 9, 1853 in Mason County, WV. 

Is anyone familiar with the SINCLAIR/ST. CLAIR/ST.CLARE families of Jackson 
& Mason County, West Virginia?? 

I am looking for the parents and siblings of Nancy E. SINCLAIR,(my great great grandmother)
 born April 17, 1825 in Virginia.
Nancy stated that her father was born in Scotland and her mother was born in Virginia.
 She married David RHODES January 26, 1843 in Jackson County, West Virginia. 

   Hugh St. Clair is buried at Otterbein Cemetery in Jackson County, West Virginia.  
He died February 20, 1891 aged 109 years, 11 months and 8 days.  
I have not been able to prove that Nancy is his daughter.
