It's the Society of the Cincinnati.  My father
belonged to it before he died and my brother belongs
now.  He doesn't have e-mail, though, so you'll have
to wait for snail mail back and forth from Ireland to
New Orleans.  Maybe somebody else can help you more
quickly.
