Re: Intellectual Norman Families/

Dear Wallace-Murphy

I read with interest your remark;" . We are mindful that those who do not
learn from their history are condemned to repeat it.". This is a
particularly fitting remark on the 28 June 1349 marked the defeat of the
Serbs by the Turks at the Battle of Kosovo. This has became the national day
in Serbia.

Two bullets fired on stree of Serbia's neighbor Sarajevo Bosnia on a sunny
28 June morning in 1914 set in motion a series of events that shaped the
world we live in today. World War One, World War Two, the Cold War and its
conclusion all trace their origins to the gunshots that rang out on that
summer day.
