Dear Friends,

The whole essence of Freemasonry, according to my limited understanding, is
spiritual teaching that enables the members to live by and practice the
ideals of the 'Brotherhood of Man' exemplified by the three pillars of
Strength, Beauty and Wisdom raised upon the true foundations of Truth and
Justice.

The life, struggles and achievements of the Maquis de Lafayette are simply
the living testimony to those ideals and principles.
