John Knox, Mr fire and brimstone himself, was the son of William Knox and a
Sinclair woman, whose fist name is not know by me. The genealogist on this
list can find the womans first name, I am sure.

William Knox and Mrs Sinclair Knox had the following children:
James Knox (Minister of Kelso).
 John Knox (Minister of Melrose).
 William Knox (Minister of Cockpen) was born 1569.
 John Knox (The Reformer) was born in Giffordsgate, Haddingtonshire,
Eastlothian, Scotland 1513.
