Dear Sinclair,

     I have visited the Newport Tower in Newport, Rhode Island.  The 
historical marker there says that possibly it was built by the Vikings.  The 
city officials of Newport will not permit any archaeological excavations to 
be conducted there now so that archaeologists could discover who built it.  
The Clan Sinclair Association, U.S.A. told me that Prince Henry Sinclair 
built it.  I would be glad to mail you information given to me by the Clan 
Sinclair showing the evidence they have that Prince Henry Sinclair built it.
