Donald,
    Have you concidered getting phone books for these towns and looking for
Sinclair's? Writting letters is cheeper than calling and a lot less
intimidating. Also by writting in blue ink, people are more likely to
respond in a possitive way.
    I have a Norman in my family that was in the war,( grandfather's brother
who's middle name was Lee) but our family goes by St. clair,and he was not a
POW. I also have a brother named Donald. It's funny how names seem to repeat
themselves.
