   1066:  Hardraada  sails,  Harald  Hardraada,  sailing  from  Norway to
   England, is augmented by allies from [2]Orkney and [3]Shetland.

   1990:  World  War II peace treaty, The four victorious allies of World
   War  II (the United States, Britain, France, and the Soviet Union) and
   Germany  signed  a  peace  treaty  Germany.  Germany  was one again on
   October 3.
