Oh, not necessarily.  Just because they're not reigning monarchs doesn't
mean the Portuguese royal house died out.  (Remember the Stewarts hung
on for generations after they were kicked out of Britain.)

The current claimant appears to be:
Duarte Nuno, Infante of Portugal, Duke of Braganca (1907-    ).

Speaking of the Stewarts, notice the Thurn und Taxis connection;
that family is considered by many to be the remnant of the Stewart
royal line.
