list location

There seems to be some lingering confusion resulting from the recent
(about a month ago) move of the Sinclair Discussion List to become:

 sinclair@quarterman.org

It's the same list as in its previous address and location.
The previous address continues to work for the moment, but
how long can't be predicted.

(Also, somebody tried recently to post to the address that preceded that one,
and that really old address doesn't work anymore.)

So it's best to post to

 sinclair@quarterman.org
