Who is this artist?

Cousins,
     I noticed recently that my aunt on the St. Clair side, has in her
bathroom a painting/print of Betty Boop her dog and a dinosaur (what a
combination).  She had not even noticed the signature on it which was, "S.
Sinclair 1995"   also it says in one corner:

"King Features Synicate
Fleisher Studios, Inc.
Hurst Corp."

Any ideas?
