19,000 were not eliminated.  As of yesterday at NBC news 19,000 votes at the
time of the election on Tuesday were turned back in and the people used a
new punch card as they knew they had made a mistake.  You have three tries
in Florida to get it right.  The 19,000 is being used as rhetoric by both
sides.  Just ask Jesse "I see an opportunity" Jackson.
