Re: genetic genealogy
Dear Tessa and all,
I video taped the "The Lemba" segment broadcast on CBS's 60 Minutes Easter
It dealt with DNA testing of a gene pattern found only in the "Y"
chromosome which is found only in males (sorry my good women). What has
been discovered is that it is possible to test for "Aaron's gene pattern"
found in the Jewish Temple Priesthood and proof positive that a black tribe
of Jews in Africa actually exist with this gene in their DNA. This testing
procedure is fully documented and scientifically accepted.
If any would like a copy I would recommend you get it from CBS
News or 60 Minutes web site. Go to
http://cbsnews.cbs.com/now/section/0,1636,3415-422,00.shtml where after
clicking on the "More Info" button you will find it possible to purchase
the "The Lemba" segment on video tape ($29.95) by calling 1-800-848-3256 or
the written transcript by calling 1-800-777-8398 or by writing: 60 Minutes,
524 West 57th Street, NEW YORK, NEW YORK 10019 4-6 weeks time.
A few short weeks ago this Sinclair list discussed a similar theory with
respect to the subject matter in Tim Wallace-Murphy's new book. (Sorry Tim
I have forgotten the title!) [If Tim is reading this, I hope he can (or
someone else) help me buy a copy of this new book. Because, I have NOT
been successful in finding it available in the US at this time.]
