As Crieff is in Perthshire, I suggest you write to the

                                 Archivisit,
                                 Perthshire County Council,
                                 Perth, Scotland.

he would be able to point you in the right direction.  Alternatively, if 
you know her religion
you could write to the Minister (Congregational, Presbyterian, 
Episcopalian, Catholic) at
Crieff, Perthshire and, I am sure, that it will get into the right hands.
