Re: the list lull

Hi Rob:
I had heard indirectly from my good friend Gary Sinclair of the Northern
California Association that Tim was coming and that he was going to spend
time with Niven in Rhode Island helping sort out Jim Whittall's papers and
that he was then coming to Nova Scotia to get material for the "definitive"
book on Prince Henry and to visit D'Elayne Coleman and hopefully also the
Micmacs. I told Gary that this was the first I had heard about this trip
but that we would be willing to help if we were approached. I got an email
from Tim within a few days saying that he would welome our assistance and I
forwarded on Bill Sinclairs phone and fax etc. I assumed everything would
unfold but I guess it hasn't or it hasn't unfolded with Clan Sinclair
Society of Nova Scotia's input. Tim's arrival in the New World coincided
with the Micmac fishing dispute so maybe he decided not to come or maybe he
did come and found Micmac input hard to obtain.
that's all I know....................Rory
