When I read your original message re Lucinda and Eliza, it twigged a remote memory of something I read, since Lucinda is not a common name.

Unfortunately, I found a Lucinda Mark, married to Dougald Sinclair on 30 Oct.
1872, near Lindsay, Ontario.  I also found a few Elizas, but from different
families.

Sorry I couldn't help.  Anyone else out there?
