Sons of Earl of Caithness in the Am. Rev War

Leading on from the Honbl. Lt William Sinclair, his brother John was a Lt
Col, and wounded at Charleston. I also suspect his brother James was in the
same American Rev. War.
Has anyone studied the Sinclair Officers in the Am. Rev War?
