In every election there are thousands of people who punch their ballots
wrong. In Texas you have two choices. You can remove your ballot and take it
back to the table and tell them you messed it up. They will mark it and give
you another one and you can do it right the second time. Or you can just
forget it and post a ballot that will be thrown out. Also in this state you
can ask for help if you don't understand. Is it different in other states.
Maybe we should recount all states.
