Hmmmm. I think I agree with you Niven. It is, from what I have been told,
largely related to our Clan and its' "antics" so I also believe that other
clans would not be particularly interested. However an advertisement to
try to locate the copies extant would be worth doing. I still consider
that a contact with Higginsons' and a placing of a firm order (if necessary
- cash up front) would facilitate a re-print.
