Dear Lynn:
As I mentioned on an earlier message. Higginson may stock certain things but
my impression was that they photocopied and bound to order. Barnes and
Noble would want instant stock and that is not what Higginson does .
I'll try to find my old Higginson catalogues and give them a call.
