James Sinclair, b Pennycuick 11 July 1827. m. 1, Eliza Linzey, 2, Margaret Brown. Immigrated to Conn. USA in 1855. Alexander Sinclair b Pennycuick 5 September 1837 Immigrated to Conn. USA in 1857. m. Augusta Clark 20 January 1861. Issue, Isabel Arlinda Thomas James. Pennycuick is just down the road from Roslyn. Judy and I visited Edinburgh Crystal there last summer. It's a very quaint small village. Just a bit further south in Peebles, one can overnight at the recently restored Venlaw Castle, where the friendly Mr. Grant serves Scotlands fine malts.
