The Aberlady Sinclairs would, in all probability, have been related to
the
Sinclairs of Whitekirk Castle about whom Andrew Spratt has written 
a
great deal and whose work can be found on Mel Sinclair's web-site

Mel is the Clan Commissioner for South Carolina.
