And another question I would like to have answered:
What was the relationship between Sir Patrick Sinclair of Dryden
and Henry VIII of England which required Cardinal Wolsey to leave
the room when these two men were holding private discussions?
There is a whole raft of correspondence on this subject which also
needs to be unearthed.
Might we find the true reason why Henry VIII broke with Rome?.
Of one thing we may be sure:
It had nothing to do with Henry's wives or the manner in which he
disposed of them.
