As just discussed with Iain, the URL he mentioned was an old test URL.
The actual URL, current since last November with Norwegian characters
in place, is:
http://www.mids.org/sinclair/inslaird/fjaere_kirke.html
I've updated it to include a few more tweaks just received from Iain.
Or look in
http://www.mids.org/sinclair/
under Pictures and from there look for Iain Laird.
