I am Maggies sister and yes we do live a few thousand miles apart. I have
been to Ontario several times, staying in Toronto with my cousin who came
from St. Margarets Hope Orkney. I have been driven through Grimsby several
times..if my memory serves me right we have passed by on our way to Niagara
Falls which I have visited several times. My cousin is Wilma Fisher but she
left Toronto for Mexico several years ago, so I have lost my link with
Toronto. Delighted to meet you. We are both quite new to e-mails and this
is my first attempt on the discussion group so I hope I get back to you. At
the moment we are spending a lot of time at the Hospital where our Mother is
very ill. Maggie I know has gone shopping this morning but I will tell her
this afternoon. Sorry i f this is a bit garbled but obviously my mind is not
very free from worry.I don't know whether any of my Fathers relatives
emigrated to Canada..certainly not his siblings of which there wetre about
11 . His parents were Robert Anderson Sinclair and Mary Ann Norquoy,
and Dad was born in the Mill House East Side, not East House
