Hi all -
Wonder if anyone has any information on the following family:
Donald Sinclair (c 24 Jan 1793 Stralachlan) married Sarah Clerk (c 15 Apr
1793) on 19 Apr 1813 Stralachlan, Argyll.
They had 10 known children all born Stralachlan:
Janet c 1814
Lachlan 1816
Mary 1817
Peter 1819
Archibald 1821
Cathrine 1824 - married Peter McVean and died 1862 Stralachlan
Donald 1827
Walter 1830 - married Elizabeth Sinclair in Dunoon 1856
John 1832 - married Christina Whyte and died in Dunoon 1859.
Duncan 1837
Donald and Sarah were both deceased by 1859. Donald was a fisherman as were
most residents of Stralachlan at this time.
Thanks in advance.
Juli
